The assessments are aimed at measuring candidates whose potential positions within an organisation involve Senior and Executive leadership and decision-making responsibilities. These individuals are tasked with overseeing teams, departments, or projects and are responsible for guiding their subordinates, making strategic decisions, and ensuring that organisational goals are met.

Different assessments are available based on the position and the competencies required.
